You've encountered an error while visiting our website. Please try the following to correct the error. If it does not correct the error let us know by clicking on the CONTACT US button and submitting the form.

    ODBC Error Code

A technical problem apparently interrupted the flow of digital information prompted by your "click." Try going back to the form by clicking the back button at the top of your browser, clearing the form by clicking on the CLEAR/RESET button and enter your information again.

    Information Not Displaying

Modem speed will affect the time it takes results to be displayed in your browser. If possible enter as much criteria as possible in search pages to limit the information returned.

    Clear History/Delete Temporary Files

Clearing the history and deleting temporary files in your browser may speed up results.

For Internet Explorer users go to the TOOLS menu option of your browser and select INTERNET OPTIONS. On this window you can clear the history of your browser by clicking on the CLEAR HISTORY button. To delete temporary files click on DELETE FILES... button. Click OK, close your browser and retry your search.

For Netscape users go to the EDIT menu option of your browser and select PREFERENCES. Here you can clear the history of your browser by clicking on the CLEAR HISTORY button. To delete temporary files open the ADVANCED category and click on CACHE. Then click the CLEAR MEMORY CACHE and CLEAR DISK CACHE buttons. Click OK, close browser, open new browser and retry page.

    AOL Issues

It appears that AOL cache pages on their servers after a set amount of time. Please refer to the Clear History/Delete Temporary Files section as that has helped other AOL users.

The Angus.org website is having technical difficulties.

The "Technical Difficulties" message will also appear when a technical difficulty occurs within the Angus.org website. The problem's degree of difficulty can't always be determined from the user's end, but we do have three corrective steps you can take in trying to overcome the problem.

    1. Click your browser's back button to return to the previous page and re-attempt the same command prior to the error. If this corrects the problem, Angus.org will continue as if the error had not occurred.

    2. If that doesn't work, close your web browser completely and launch it again to return to www.angus.org.

    3. If you are still getting the "Technical Difficulties" page, please try Angus.org again later. Our technical team's top priority is to make Angus.org as informative as possible. Fixing the problems that cause this page to occur is at the top of our list and we apologize for this inconvenience. Click on the CONTACT US button at the bottom of the page to let us know what happened.
